Great pellet smoker, easy to setup, lots of room for all kinds of food i have smoked steaks, potatoes, and some venison summer sausage in the first week I’ve had it did a great job on them all. Would buy again for sure!!

Have been using it for 5 months, Heats well, holds temp very well, lots of space. One drawback, need to clean out below heat shield every few uses. Ash will build up, easy clean, remove 4 screws, remove shield, vacuum out ash.

Everything was good when i got it, so shipping was good. Got it put together no dents everything went as it should have been. did my first smoke on it yesterday (Chicken wings turned out very good).

Fantastic Smoker! So easy to use and make delicious foods, no messing with chips or sawdust or messing with coals, wood or temperature. Very well made. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the manual provided by Pit Boss for using the smoker is completely inadequate, and the Bluetooth application is buggy at best.
